These jerks took my money two months ago and I've got NOTHING to show except for 50+ unanswered phonecalls, and even MORE unanswered emails.Filed a BBB complaint that also went unanswered.

I am SO angry, actually fuming out the ears! These jokers WILL refund my money or else I will sue. I'm sure it is a scam, but regardless they need to pay up---- when you call the number it rings and goes straight to voicemail where a gangster sounding individual says they will contact us, and then they never do, of course. They are blaming everything on hurricane Sandy...

Paid by credit card?! Call the card provider, tell them you haven't received the merchandise and put the payment in dispute. That easy!
